Construction activity is the core business. We deliver construction work in the form of both “turnkey” contracts and as subcontractors. We deliver new structures, refurbishment, upgrades, adaptations, embedded structures, and superstructures. In our work, we use both standard and entirely new materials and methods guaranteeing the high quality of the work.

Průmstav a.s. conducts all of its activities on the basis of a business licence that authorises it to do the following activities:

• Construction including alterations of, maintenance work on, and removal of structuresDesign activity in construction
• Land surveying
• Metal machining
• Locksmiths
• Loaning construction machinery and instruments
• Production, installations, and repairs of electrical machines and instruments
• Purchase of goods for resale, and sale
• Lease of commercial space
• Engineering in construction
• Manufacturing of hoisting equipment
• Designing electrical equipment
• Production, installation, and repairs of electronic equipment
• Road vehicle repairs
• Cabinet making
• Manufacturing of low voltage distribution boards and batteries, cables, and conductors
• Installation and repairs of designated hoisting equipment within the scope of a valid Authorisation
• Manufacturing, installation, repairs, retrofits, inspections, and testing of designated pressure equipment within the scope of a valid Authorisation
• Road freight transport (domestic and international, using vehicles of up to 3.5 t total weight)
• Inspections of designated electrical equipment within the scope of a valid Authorisation
