The planned merger of the companies PRŮMSTAV, a.s. and FCC - První česká projekční a stavební, a.s. was completed on the 1st June 2009. Both of them are members of the VINCI group. The merging of these two companies on 1.6.2009 into Průmstav, a.s. (a company wholly owned by VINCI CONSTRUCTION S.A.S.) led directly to floatation of the new company, which is one of the major construction companies in the market of the Czech republic.
